There are always lots of different projects bubbling along in my regular classes. Here's a taste of what clever girls get up to...
Frances is new to patchwork but has jumped in at the deep end with Lots of Dots.
I think she's enjoying it and is certainly doing a fab job using lots of Kaffe fabrics.
Last class at Hobbysew Top Ryde she stared with this...t
and added a bit of this..
to finish up with this by the end of the day. It was fun to see how each block would turn out - all different but stunning. A limited palette makes the design shine.
Karen is making this NYB even bigger with more blocks then a final border. Beautiful fabric choices with the blue an added highlight.
While Dennise's version of the same quilt is not quite so calm - look at me! look at me!
This really has the wow factor - can't wait to see her next border.
Lots of Jacobean Stars seem to be coming together lately. Each one different but beautiful.
This is Kathy's...
while this is Susan's - love the blue here.
Susie is ready to applique the diamonds and maybe start a new project.
Robbie has done a fine job with her Birds in Paradise using only batiks. They will certainly be a great showcase for lots of fancy quilting.
And Nerida is back to the real world after two back to back cruises - looking good.
I'm getting ready to bind the new Hobbysew BOM quilt Red Dust. I'll have a pic then.
