Camping again

Our annual Quilt Camp has just been and gone with two workshops happening over the weekend.
My project was this Southern Wheel block and there were some beauties in the room.
Tracey's beautiful "scalloped" edge using giant ric rac.

30 girls joined Ann Murray and me for a fun weekend. Great venue, great food and great friends! What more could you ask for.

Nearly there.
Auditioning ric rac,

The signs of a good weekend!

I think they all had a good time - I know Ann and I did!
Back to the real world today.

  1. What a fun weekend had by all, just love the colourful work as well as the zen doodling, sorry to have missed the weekend.

  2. looks like a great time. Your wheel blocks are such fun. Those quilting samples are amazing!

  3. Lots of fun colour combos for the compasses!! The zentangles look amazing, such effective patterns.

  4. How impressive that 30 people took your classes! Looks like you had a super time. The Southern Wheel blocks are neat, especially seeing the variety, and the quilting is exquisite! I know I would have enjoyed that camp! So glad you have these opportunities to share your skills with others.

  5. Wow - the work in these is just amazing! So skillful and intricate. Your certainly back in the routine - obviously hit the ground running there! xCathy
