I've had some sewing time lately and am working on a remake of my Crown Jewels quilt using Jen Kingwell's new Gardenvale range. A little bit retro and right up my alley. Love it all!

Only 29 days to go til the Springwood Quilt Show! We have 120+ beautiful quilts on display and an amazing raffle quilt. Plus 10 traders over three days so come on up the mountains and pay us a visit - last weekend in April and we are open on Anzac Saturday too.
The weather is beautiful at the moment - just a touch of autumn in the air.

You and your students create such stunning pieces. The combination of your great patterns, and their fabrics... lovely! I often look at your patterns and wonder how they would look in modern fabrics, or solids. One of these days, I'd like to get around to trying that.
